Step 1
Choose your design style from our
collection page.
a. If you wish to order a sample pack, click the 'sample pack' button on that page
Before placing an order with us, we suggest you order a
sample pack to see our printed designs

b. If you would like to obtain a quote, click on the 'quote' button.
Step 2
Enter the quantities you wish to purchase on our online quote form, complete your personal details and submit the information via the 'quote' button at the bottom of the form.
Step 3
Upon receiving your information, we will contact you to confirm your quote. When you have approved the quote, we will send you an order form to gather remaining details required to process your order.
Step 4
When you order form has been returned to us, we will send a request with details required for you to make payment. We accept PayPal, bank transfer or cheque.
Step 5
When we have received your payment, we will prepare your stationery PDF proof/s and email through to you. If you are satisfied with your proof/s and there are no changes to be made, you will need to confirm in writing (via email) that you are happy to proceed with your order. If changes are required, we honour two rounds of changes only and you will be required to email us with the amendments. We will then revise your proof/s and email for final approval.
Step 6
Production of your stationery pieces begin! Allow up to two weeks for the turn-around of your order if you are in Brisbane or three to four weeks if based elsewhere (excluding international).
Step 7
We will notify you when you stationery is completed and it will be posted to you or available for collection depending on the option you have elected on our client order form.
